Sumatra Ikat
Sumatra Ikat bikini sets are handcrafted and handwoven in from silk and trimmed with gold brocade. Traditionally, these fabrics are worn as sarongs or selendang in the Palembang area of Sumatra in Indonesia. The fabric pattern is created using an warp ikat technique where various portions of the warp threads are tied off and dyed repeatedly. Available as a 3-piece set of patterned bikini top, patterned bottom and plain bottom for versatility.
