Namiko Surf Co. is currently looking for a handful of passionate and enthusiastic SL surfers to join us.
Ideal candidates are:
- stoked, friendly and kinda/sorta knowledgeable about surfing in SL
- interested in seeing the development of more surf spots, oceans, and beaches within SL
- Second Life photo-savvy (you'll need to snap photos of you surfing in SL)
- Second Life experienced. We kind of like it if you’ve been in-world for at least one month. We like it even more if you've customized your AV with new skin, prim hair and AOs if you’ve got ’em.
What you can expect:
- lots and lots of Namiko Surf Co. clothing for you... as much as Keala can design and produce
- your SL/RL bio (as much or as little as you like), surf photos, flickr links and more posted here
- to help grow and be a part of a vibrant community of SL residents and surfers
How to contribute:
- For the minimalist: the commitment to being a team rider can be as little as sporting our clothes, boards and gear around Second Life
- Wanna do more? There’s a whole slew of things to participate in — teaching new residents to surf, modeling at events or photo shoots, reviewing surf spots, writing for the blog, capturing surf video, taking photos, providing opinionated feedback to Keala, and of course, ripping it up at SL surf demos and contests. You pick.
